Shipping policy

Where we ship from. Paw & Dwell products are sent directly from our supplier's warehouses in China. We don't currently hold stock in Australia, and we don't offer local pick-up.

Where we ship to. We currently ship within Australia.

Dispatch time. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is on its way.

Delivery time. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, so allow 6–17 business days from the day you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — international parcels can be delayed by customs, weather or carrier volumes.

Shipping cost. Free delivery is available on every order within Australia.

Express delivery. For most items you can choose Express delivery at checkout, from A$12 depending on the weight of your order (it isn't available for some larger items). Express orders are sent on a faster international service: after dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days, so allow 5–12 business days from the day you order. Free delivery orders may be sent on either service. These are estimates, not guarantees. If we don't send an Express order on the express service, we'll refund the Express charge.

More than one item. If you order more than one product, your items may arrive as separate parcels, sometimes on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

If your order hasn't arrived. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, email us at support@pawanddwell.com with your order number and we'll investigate and put it right.
